International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day on the 8th of March is a much-celebrated occasion for CMC Santhom Social Service Society to honour women’s achievements in society. It’s a day to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment. We organize events like speeches, discussions, and cultural programs to showcase their accomplishments and address the challenges they face. We also inform them about our training programs and encourage their participation. Through these celebrations, we inspire women to pursue their dreams and contribute to a fair and equal society.
Independence Day
On August 15th, we joyfully come together to celebrate Independence Day at CMC Santhom Social Service Society. Our founder hoists the flag, and students gather on the school ground. We sing the national anthem altogether and enjoy sweets, cakes, and chocolates. It fosters patriotism and unity, reminding us of our nation’s freedom and the sacrifices made for a brighter future. This celebration is a cherished occasion that fills our hearts with pride.
Republic Day
Republic Day brings love to our country, celebrating our diverse culture and democratic values. On January 26th, we celebrate this day with great excitement. It marks India’s complete independence when the constitution came into effect. On this day, we unite in our school premises, our principal raises the flag, and students join a program, singing the national anthem with respect. This is a treasured celebration that sparks a love for our country and reminds us of our diverse culture and democratic values.
Outing with Slum Kids
At CMC Santhom Social Service Society, we organize refreshing outings for slum children, providing them with moments of joy and happiness. These special events take them away from their daily struggles, giving them a chance to explore and enjoy. Through this initiative, we create beautiful memories and instill a sense of hope and excitement in their hearts, fostering a brighter outlook on life.
